ARRLWeb: FCC Directs Manassas BPL System to Resolve Amateurs’ Interference Complaints
Now that BPL has been removed from the OET (Office of Engineering and Technology), which had an on-going love affair with BPL, and given to the Enforcement Bureau, which is concerned only with rules compliance, COMTek is being ordered to fix their problem, or else.
Their PR war with Manassas hams and the ARRL did not impress the Enforcement Bureau, and now they have 20 days to fix the problem and report same to the FCC, and oh, yes, also tell us how you will handle it if we tell you to shut down altogether?
Thank you, FCC. Hope is restored.
