I heard a KP4 in San Juan on 15 while driving home from work, and he was S9+. Unfortunately, he signed off just before I got home.
But a few minutes later I heard LW6DJQ, Luis in La Plata, Argentina, calling CQ. He gave me (a very generous) 559 report, and promised to QSL. I have mailed my card to the Argentine IARU bureau, so here's hoping I get something back.
But either way, I have Argentina in my log.
