That of course does not guarantee that the next one won't be just as brain-addled and corrupt as this one. One thing I have learned the hard way is, things can always get worse.
But at least Mr. In-the-Pockets-of-the-Power-Industry Powell is exiting. He'll probably turn up as a "consultant" for the BPL crowd. Just you watch.
